From its modest beginning in 1985, when it was established by Christian Grafl to provide a professional and comprehensive service to the plastics conversion industry in South Africa, Relloy S.A. (Pty) Ltd has grown from strength to strength. Now, over twenty seven years down the line, Relloy is the leader in its field. The business is owned and run by the dynamic partnership of Christian Grafl and Dean Toi.
While Relloy's core business remains the manufacture and refurbishment of wearing parts for plastics conversion machinery and technical assistance, it has diversified to offer a fully comprehensive range of plant, machinery and associated equipment for the reduction and recycling of plastic waste as well as traditional extrusion machinery.
Including working Directors, Relloy boasts a staff of thirty skilled and dedicated individuals. Centrally situated in self owned premises in Sebenza, Edenvale, Relloy is fully equipped to manufacture Barrels and Screws from as small as up 20mm diameter up to 220mm diameter and 7000mm in length. Relloy's NC Screw Cutting Machine is the only one of its kind in Southern Africa placing Relloy in the unique position of being able to quickly and accurately cut the most complex design Screws.
Relloy's wealth of in-house experience, coupled with close associations with the leaders in cutting edge technology in plastics conversion in Europe, make Relloy a force to be reckoned with. Relloy takes pride in the fact that they only use the best raw quality materials, coupled with outstanding workmanship and the most reputable sub-contractors (i.e. for heat treatment) to provide a quality product which stands up internationally.
In addition to Relloy's local customer base, which is extensive and includes the biggest players in all spheres of the plastics conversion industry, it also has established customers throughout Southern Africa as well as in Europe.
